From the street marches of 1978, the fearless push for inclusion and equality, for understanding and unity during the AIDS crisis in the 1980s, in the fight for decriminalisation of homosexuality in the 1990s, and fearless in the fight for marriage equality in 2017. Every decade since the inception of Mardi Gras there have been major milestones to fearlessly push forward, and break through.
